California Delete Act · deadline Aug 1, 2026

California deletion requests, handled — automatically.

DropRail runs a lightweight agent inside your own network. It processes California's DROP deletion requests every 45 days, deletes the right people from your database, cascades to your processors, and keeps a tamper-evident audit log. Miss a request and it's $200/day — so it simply doesn't.

How it works

Your data never leaves your network

Why DropRail

Built for brokers without an engineer

🔒
Your data never leaves

We never receive your records. The agent works only with one-way hashes — we can't see your customers' data.

🗄️
Works with any database

One connection string for MySQL, Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite — or a CSV. It auto-detects your columns.

⚙️
Runs itself

Install once. It checks DROP every 45 days, processes automatically, and survives reboots. No babysitting.

📑
Audit-ready proof

A tamper-evident, independently-verifiable log — your evidence binder for the Delete Act's audit requirement.

⏱️
Never miss a deadline

Every request shows its 45-day countdown with overdue alerts, so the $200/day clock never catches you off guard.

FAQ

Questions brokers ask

Do you ever see our customers' data?
No. The agent runs on your own server and only computes one-way SHA-256 hashes to match the state's list. Your records never leave your network — we couldn't see them if we tried.
What databases do you support?
Any SQL database via a single connection string (MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite) — plus CSV exports. The agent auto-detects your email/name/DOB/ZIP/phone columns.
How hard is setup?
Download the agent, run the installer, and answer two questions (your key + your database connection). It installs itself as a background service and runs forever.
What if we miss a cycle?
That's exactly the risk DropRail removes — California can fine $200/day per unprocessed request. The agent runs automatically every 45 days so you don't miss one.
Is this legal advice?
No — DropRail is software that automates the operational work and produces compliance records. You remain the responsible business; consult counsel on your obligations.
Can I manage or cancel my plan?
Yes — start free with no card, then upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard, and download every invoice. Canceling keeps your access through the paid period.
